“HARMONY” residence is horizontaly built residential-bussines building, located at the
intersection between Europe Boulevard and the street of Laze Nancica Building consist two
volumes which intersection point configurates . Building comes with the idea of creating
spaces for a modern living in a modern world. It is a mixed-use program with an apartments,
offices and underground garage on two levels. Extremely functional structure of all units are
equipped with deluxe set-out, and the highest quality materials on the market was used and
built-in. The choice of sound, thermal and waterproofing isolation was also substantiall in
order to allow extremely comfortable, pleasent habitation.
