Dalmatinska Residence

The Dalmatinska residence, as its name implies, is located at the intersection of Dalmatinska Street with the boulevard of Patriarch Pavle in Novi Sad. Located a bit outside of city center but still with one of most beatiful views on hills of Fruška Gora. The dominant exterior joinery is PVC, with windows and all openings of atypical larger dimensions to give the most beautiful ambience, with plenty of light. On the semicircular part of the facade appears aluminium joinery where some parts open and some are fixed so that the entire living room and bedroom area are in glass and thus provide even greater quality of living. In addition to this materialization, a façade brick of darker shades appears on the façade, which creates a certain contrast full-blank.
